Chris Bro is a DJ and the Host of NEXT — the Peak’s new music show, which airs twice a week. NEXT was recently picked as the “Best of Westchester” by Westchester Magazine. A devoted music geek, Chris’ goal is to find you your next new favorite song. If you give him an hour he will make you musically hip. He has introduced Peak listeners to the likes of Wilco, Amy Winehouse, Spoon, Sliversun Pickups, Kaiser Chiefs, Rilo Kiley, and Grace Potter. Chris grew up in Chicago on the sounds of XRT. From his beginnings as an intern just outside of Chicago, he has been heard over the past decade on the air in New Mexico, Atlanta and Annapolis, Maryland before settling here in New York’s backyard. In addition to music, his passions are his two young kids, soccer, beer, and fantasy football.
Welcome to another week of great music. Thanks for listening. Please comment on any of the songs that make you happy. Vote for your favorite song. The song with the most votes is automatically on the “Best of the Month”. Listen to that show on March 31. Enjoy it all.
